MDT Staff

We have a Practice Based Pharmacist, a Senior Social Worker, a Physiotherapist, An Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Senior Mental Health Practitioner available in the Surgery.

District Nurse

Our district nursing team are available to carry out nursing interventions on patients who are unable to travel to the Surgery.

Health Visitor

Health Visitor deals primarily with pre-school children. She carries out developmental assessments and arranges vaccinations for this age group. Direct Line 02844 613 511.
